On Tuesday, September 1, Edgar Lin, Rotarian and Deputy Director of Impact Programs with Protect Democracy, will discuss the organization’s legislative work strengthening election administration and advancing "New Federalism" -- restoring the constitutional balance of power between the federal government and states. He'll draw on Protect Democracy's work across the country, including Wisconsin, where he helped lead passage of the landmark, bipartisan law safeguarding presidential election certification.
